2 Cups all purpose flour
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Olive Oil (try different infusions such as garlic)
1 Pack Quick Rise Yeast
3/4 Cup warm water
Mix the dry ingredients into a bowl.
Add the yeast to the warm water. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Add the yeast and the oil to the dry mixture.
Use a hand mixer (and bread attachments if you have them.)
Mix the ingredients until you have an elastic dough.
Roll the dough into a ball and place in a bowl. Loosely cover the bowl with some plastic wrap. Place the bowl in a dry, dark area like a cupboard, microwave, or I like to use the oven (off of course).
Let the dough rise for 1 1/2 hours.
After the dough has risen, remove it from the bowl. To make sure the dough doesn't stick to your hands, cover your hands in flour. Cut the dough in half, or quarters. Roll it out to about 1 1/2 inches thickness. Use a rolling pin or just flatten it with your hands. It doesn't need to be perfect.
Place the dough on the grill using low to medium heat. Brush some more oil on the top. After the bottom has browned slightly, flip the dough, and brush on some more oil. The whole process should only take about 5 minutes.
For some fun try stuffing the dough before grilling it, or adding some herbs to the dry ingredients before mixing.
