Bug Safari (Camp Creekside) sponsored by Creekside Community Church ran from July 22 to July 26th. It was a day camp for children of all ages. The children learned songs, ate bugs (candy bugs), and learned about God's great gift. The camp was hosted by our Children's Pastor, Tim Allen and Jennifer Abbott. Jen Abbott did an awesome job!  They had the entire church looking like a backyard full of over-sized flowers and bugs. My troop were the ladybugs. 

    The Ladybugs were a group of pre-schoolers from the ages of 3 to 4. Our group had a lot of fun. We told stories, made crafts for their parents, sang songs, had snacks, and played fun games. We had five camp leaders to help out and teach the children. It was an experience I'll never forget.
